Many Realtors and websites claim to be able to give you an accurate evaluation by filling in a few simple questions online. These "online evaluations" are unreliable and inaccurate. These are ballpark estimates at best.
To give a proper evaluation we need to actually see the property, to get a feel for all aspects. If you have done amazing work we want to see it. If you have a great yard we want to see it. Many factors go into an evaluation. Don't settle for a lazy computer evaluation.
